Due to receipt of one nomination each in five divisions, regional vice-presidents have been elected unopposed in those divisions. The election process will be completed only for Santhal Pargana division.

A yearly general meeting was held on Saturday for the new executive of FJCCI. While addressing the general meeting, Chamber President Dheeraj Taneja said that the Chamber needs to be financially empowered. “The current situation should be treated as an alarming condition. The present executive could not do much on income options because the booking in the chamber was less. Income through monthly magazine is also a good source. But it should be increased. Income can also be increased through membership,” he added.

During this, Taneja mentioned the problems that happened after COVID which the Chamber resolved together with the administration. In this, mainly the matters of industry and transport were prominent.
