Ranchi Police is planning to implement its new plan of action for keeping burglars and thieves in check with immediate effect. The statement came from senior police official after two late-night thefts were recorded on Monday, one from a confectionary shop at lalpur Chowk and another from a media house employee’s residence in Ichak Road.
“We will be deploying extra forces after the Republic Day celebrations for patrolling the city in a bid to prevent any more cases of thefts. We have some new strategies to check any more cases of theft, which will be brought into effect soon,” stated Senior Superintendent of Police (Ranchi) Prabhat Kumar who has been transferred to JAP(1).
