District police on Thursday cracked the double murder mystery of a Railway contractor and his kin; four were arrested while two including one who is the master mind of the killing still at large.
Munna Singh, Manoj Paswan, Bhushan Kumar and Ravi Choudhary were arrested and we recovered one pistol, one country made pistol, four live cartridges including few empty cartridge caps form their possession.
Police also recovered two mobile phones and on Yahama motorbike (BR20C 6771) from their possession, said police.
Meanwhile Aarjoo Mallick the mastermind of this killing along with Tabrak Ansari are out of police net. Raids are being conducted to arrest them, they will be arrested soon, police said.
According to the police Aarjoo wants to establish his sovereignty in managing Railway tenders in Adra division. On this move he along with his associates killed a railway contractor Birendra Singh (41) on 27 January.
Aarjoo haired four shooters Munna, Manoj, Bhushan and Ravi to kill Singh, the deal was finalized in Rs 2 lakhs; four got Rs 20 thousand as advance for the killing, police said.
On that day Singh was along with his brother-in-laws, near Basanti More Criminal attacked on them and pumped dozens of bullet in their bodies.
Singh was shot dead while his brother-in-laws Ramesh Singh sustained bullet injuries later died during treatment at RMCH, police said.
