Garhwa police raided a non-banking company office Indus House and arrested three persons in the connection, on Monday. Police also sealed the office on Tuesday in presence of Magistrate.
According to report, acting on the complaint of one Sonu Kumar raided the office of Indus House resided near SBI main branch on main road Garhwa, Complainant Sonu Kumar alleged that he had deposited Rs.40 thousands in his account on the promise of it becoming double in three years. After passing of three years when he went to non-banking office to collect his money he was denied it. Staffs harassed several times to me after giving false promise. At last he complained to the police. Arrested non banking staffs have failed to show any documents related to the company.
They stated to the police that this company is running since three years.
