A named FIR (139/17) against six official members of Mazdoor Sangathan Samitee (MSS) was lodged with Bokaro Thermal police station in Bokaro district on December 30, 2017 under section 17(1)(2) ClA. On the statement of the local Inspector cum officer-in charge Prameshwar leyangi said here on Friday that of the all six named accused in the FIR of the MSS, all had directly or indirectly involved in CPI (Maoists) activities. The named FIR against six members identified as Bacha Singh, Rajak Ansari ,Sanjay Kumar Turi ,Nageshwar Mahto ,Damodar Turi, and Raghubir Turi. According to police sources the local Bokaro Thermal police has prepared a list in which names of six members figure, these members were directly or indirectly involved in the CPI(Maoists) activities and they have been doing funding for rebels group from different industrial units of Jharkhand . The police officer was here to observed its local function which was organised by them at Bokaro Thermal saying similar like CPI (Maoists) and his leader Bachha Singh who is in regular touch with cadres members. Police sources said that Bachha Singh operated in different industrial units in Jharkhand and formed MSS unit in all industrial unit like DVC Bokaro Thermal. He came in touch with Maoists around a decade ago. After receiving input from guerrilla welfare, he was made the general secretary of the Mazdoor Sangathan Samitee (MSS) .During the preliminary investigation Singh has involved in a number of cases related to arson and other activities ,the sources said .The police extracted information about Bacha Singh about the future activities of the related outfit in the state. According to local administration the recently move on past Sunday ,Bermo block Circle officer M.N. Mansuri ,SDPO Subash Chandra Jat ,local Inspector Prameshwar liyangi and forces sealed the office and its premises and CO had told the pioneer that the seal the office came from district administration that the DC had review meeting with local administration after which the order was given to me to seal the office .
While earlier the state government had decided to cancelled its registration of MSS and completely banned on it ,sources said .
