Palamu Police and CRPF dug out a buried dump of the CPI Maoists. The digging out was conducted in the jungle of Aboon under Panki Police station.
Here too the MO ( modus operandi) of the Maoists was the same which they had done in the jungle of Serendaag.
A 500 litre capacity water tank was buried four feet down the earth. The Maoists then dumped their black uniform fifty Kgs of codex wires 12 hand made grenades and naxals literatures.
All these stockings were done most surreptitiously by the Maoists. SP Palamu Patel Mayur K lal confirmed the digging out of the dump of the Maoists and recovery of all above mentioned articles.
Sources said the Maoists have left giving possession of their articles to any villager as on being caught the security forces used to torture the possessor of Maoists' goods and hence to save the villagers the Maoists buy water tank of 500 litre capacity bury it down the earth near any tree or stone as to get it located later and then throw down in it all the valuable or trifle things like bullets of AK 47 to black uniform all time worn etc.
A source close to the Maoists said the Maoists have been forced to conceal their articles from bullets to explosives as they are running short of their handlers!
DIG police Saket Kumar Singh said the recovery of stocks of Maoists down the earth is all because of the extreme helpful attitude of the villagers here who drop hints to forces to sink their ands down the earth to fish out the buried articles of the Maoists.
