A complaint case has been lodged in the CJM court against independent candidate from Hazaribagh seat Badri Gope. It was informed by DC cum RO Sunil Kumar on Thursday. Gope has not yet submitted the details of his income and expenditure in this election. Show cause notices have been sent to AJSU’s loknath Mahto and another candidate PK Mahto who have also not submitted the details in time. DC said that 48 hours has been given to them and if they will not submit the report then similar case will be lodged against them too.
DC Sunil Kumar hinted that within 1-2 day some FIRs will be lodged against the clubs who have taken out political tableaux in this Ramnavmi procession. He also informed that in Barkagaon some AJSU workers misbehaved with government officials on election duty and FIR has been lodged against them.
DC cum RO Sunil Kumar also informed that on 8thApril 87 polling officers reported late so departmental proceeding has been started against them while 10 remained absent so FIR is going to be lodged against them.
