Noted businessman and social worker Pawan Bajaj and Umesh Dokania have been felicitated with prestigious award — Suraksha Samman-2015 — and CA for 2015 Chartered Accountant of Raniganj at the conference hall of lion’s Club on Sunday at Raniganj.
Addressing the conference, veteran social activist, Ram Avtar Bajoria said it is imperative to start noble activities which get people’s support and the nation also benefits of good works.
Noted social activist, Pawan Bajaj said, “Raniganj is my birthplace and karmbhumi (workplace). My responsibilities have increased and I am indebted to the city because of the way i have been felicitated. People will find me near them whenever they need me”.
Social worker, Dokania said, “I want to work in the field of service and believe on good deeds. I firmly believe that fellow CAs should join Indian public service”.
The president of the chamber, RP Khetan said, “Metropolitan cities have their own identity and identity of Raniganj is because of CAs”.
Dr Ravi Shankar Singh said ‘Suraksha’ is marching forward on its mission and that the mission has gained immensely and the felicitated people will get a direction.
