Annoyed with the bad service of water supply in Hazaribagh since last four days, three persons —Advocate Kunal Kumar, Mahant Vijayanand Das and Veena Kumari have filed a Public Interest litigation (PIl) against the top officials of PHED department. They have accusesd chief engineer and executive of poor water supply. The petition has been filed in SDO Court, Hazaribagh.
