A photo exhibition-cum-felicitation ceremony was held at lohardaga organised by Jharkhand Photographic Association lohardaga in the premises of Ramkali Saraswati Shishu Mandir. It was inaugurated jointly by Surendra Verma and Hariom Anand jointly.
On the occasion, chief guest Dr Sushil Ankan said, “It is enough for a photographer to be sensitive. After that the camera would not be his appliance but he becomes the same himself.”
Before it Dr Sushil Ankan, Sanjay Bose, Niranjan Ji and Vinay Bhatai inspected the exhibition. They announced the result.
In hobbies photographic Sumit Mukherjee got the first rank, second was Navin Xavier and the third rank was got by Vivek Gupta. In professional photography the first remained Jeevan Mahto, second Preetam Kumar and the third was Ramesh Kumar. In the topic ‘nature’ the first prize was acquired by Ramesh Kumar, second was Pawan Kumar and the third was Praveen Kumar.
likewise in portrait photography the first was Ramesh Kumar, the second was Saroj Kumar Prajapati and the third was Vinod Soni.
In the ceremony the senior photographer Bajrang Ram was felicitated. The guests were welcomed by Vinod Soni. On the occasion Pawan Praveen, Saroj, Ravi, Ramesh, Ajit, Vijay, Gyan, Ashok and Nikhil Gupta were present.
