A meeting of lohhardga Municipality was conducted on Friday headed by Chairperson Pawan Ekka. First of all the review of last meeting was taken briefly. To regulate the office efficiently many decisions were taken. It was decided to recruit the permanent labourers in municipality.
It was told that the deposition of garbage occurs due to lack of labourers. All the wards would be given permanent labourers after recruitment. The list of plans was also demanded from each ward to take fund from 14th economic commission. The toilets would be constructed in each ward under cleanliness campaign. For transfer of the big pond there would be discussions with the Fisheries department and municipal office. The list of the plans from each ward was demanded so that they may start the work on priority. There would be recruitment of a chartered accountant, one assistant and one land surveyor. They also discussed on the land purchased for garbage disposal.
On the occasion municipal vice president Subodh Ray, executive engineer Ganga Ram Thakur, ward councilors Gulnaz Parween, Aadil Karim, Anita Dutta, Pramod Kumar Ray, Kamla Devi, Suman Kairolina Tirky, Amiya Kumar Gupta, Avinash Kaur, Sazzad Khan, Kahkasa Afrin, Shamima Kahtton, Shakila Parween, Dinesh Kumar Pandey, Tahera Tabassum, Ravi Narayan Mahli, Shashi Kumar Verma, Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, Arun Kumar Verma, Ompal Oraon, Nandlal Oraon, Ashok Razzak and others were present.
