People of Bihar clamouring for change: Munda

Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda said that people of Bihar have been clamouring for change as they want to put the State on fast track towards development. Munda, star campaigner of BJP for Bihar polls, held several election meetings in Bihar including Warsaliganj and Nawada seeking votes for the National Democratic Alliance.

“People of Bihar have now understood that it is simply impossible to attain the goal under the present arrangement where corruption has touched new heights under the regime of Nitish Kumar while the regime of lalu Prasad still reminds people about the worst kind of disorder the people of Bihar had ever come across,” said Munda.

Rejecting the allegations raised by opposition that the NDA has lost the first stage of poll battle by failing to declare CM face before the elections, Munda said that the decision over the CM candidate will be taken at the right time during the parliamentary board meeting of the BJP. In fact, the party has a problem of plenty and not paucity having several leaders who could prove to be more efficient than Nitish,” said Munda. The right decision will be taken at the right time, he added.

Referring to the prospects of Bihar after winning elections in J’khand, the former CM said that a BJP Govt in Bihar will always be helpful as it will ensure better coordination between the two States. Once NDA Govt comes to power in Bihar, it will be easier to resolve the outstanding issues amicably which is badly needed.
