A five-day mega lok Adalat was organised on premises of lohardaga Court in the venture of District Judicial Services Authority. It was inaugurated by DC Sudhanshu Bhushan Barwar, SP Sunil Bhaskar and district- cum- session judge Sanjay Prasad.
“This lok adalat is held free of cost for quick justice and is based upon mutual agreement. So people must take advantages from it. It also reduces the personal agonies among the people. That is why it has reached up to the choupal of villages” told the DC Shri Barwar. SP Shri Bhaskar told that both the sides get satisfied by the judgment through this adalat and because of taking less time for decision it is gaining popularity by bounds.
“Its aim is to provide the free of cost judicial services to the poor and down-trodden people of the society” told the district- cum- session judge Sanjay Prasad. He further added that in this adalat the petitions pertaining loans, electricity or other personal issues are filed. Notably no one can make an appeal against the decision of this adalat.
