“It should be given a shape of public movement by taking help from social, educational, non- governmental as well as other banking and volunteer organisations,” the CM said. Those who are making efforts to save earth must take part in it, he said. The CM also stressed in connecting the children, youths as well as old age people with this movement.

Similarly, he also directed the DCs to organise programmes at the public places in their districts at the occasion of World Yoga Day. The CM, giving directions on creating a land bank in each of the districts within six months, said that no further delays should be done for the construction of techno hubs, solar park, technical institutions as well as educational institutions due to lack of land.

The CM also appealed the DCs to spend nights in villages as being done by the state ministers along with the other senior officials of the State Government. Reviewing the disposal of public complaints, Das said that a felicitation centre must be set up at each of the district headquarter in the state by the end of June this year.
