As per the guidelines set up by State Government for appointment process, the appointment of Para teachers is to be carried out by on the recommendations of Village Teachers Committee, Block Teachers Committee and District-level committee. At Naudiha and Chatrpur block of Palamu district, it was discovered that appointment guidelines were not followed in appointment process and in these two blocks 458 teachers appointment is under the scanner. Similarly, anomalies in appointment process in Palamu, Garhwa, Chatra, Sahibganj and Deoghar district too been discovered.
