Para teacher, Jitendra Chandravanshi, who was working in Urdu Middle School in Chama village under Meral block, died during treatment in Mumbai. He was suffering from intestinal illness.
President of Para teachers association Surydeo Tiwari said that Chandravanshi died due to lack of money as he could not get better treatment.
The honorarium for teachers was not received for the last four months.
With this, the financial condition of the deceased para teacher became pathetic. In four months the government has given one month's honorarium, he said.
Tiwari again said that the intention of the government has always been negative for para teachers.
The government is proved to be failing to pay honorarium on time.
There was no money for the two-month strike period. If honorable money was received on time, perhaps his life could have survived.
On receiving information about their demise, members of Integrated Para Teachers Association expressed condolences over their home. Hundreds of para teachers including District President Suryadev Tiwari, Rajendra Prasad Gupta, Rakesh Dubey, Aryan Kumar, Damodar Ram, Nandan Kumar, Mukesh Kumar Sinha, CRP Ram Parvesh Mehta, Dharmendra, Anshuman Dubey were present in the funeral of the para teacher.
