Maoists are using jobless engineers! These professionals work for them for a hefty fee. And the fee comes from the collected levy.
Palamu police on Friday January 20 caught a civil engineering pass student but jobless in Mohammadganj near Bheem Barrage at Kadal. He has been identified as Chhotan Yadav. Police said he is with top Maoists Ajay Yadav.
SP Palamu Indrajeet Mahatha confirming this arrest of a B Tech ( civil engineering) pass student Chhotan Yadav said this guy passed out in 2015 from RCIT an engineering college set up in Palamu's Vishrampur.
He said Yadav used to perform varied works for Ajay Yadav like moving in his dasta, writing maoists parcha, poster and literature and laying IEDs.
Mahatha said Yadav's expertise in laying IEDs is unquestioned. He has three cases and the cases are in 2 police stations Pandu and Mohammadganj.
Police have recovered double barrel desi katta and four rounds of fire. This Yadav used to maintain levy accounts for the Maoist.
Police sent him in judicial remand on Saturday. SP Mahatha said police will find out as to for what emolument from Maoists this civil engineering pass student used to work.
His induction in Maoism datesback to 2015. He now faces 17 ClA Act and Arms Act.
