Palamu administration will send reminder to secretary Home, Prisons & Disaster Management (HP&DM) to make available allotment to the tune of Rs 6, 10,000 as outstanding dues of a surrendered CPI Maoist zonal commander Aeynul Miyan alias Govind ji.
DC Palamu Shantanu Kumar Agrahari said HP&DM will be approached again for this allotment and once it comes here the outstanding dues of Govind ji the surrendered zonal commander of Maoist would be cleared. Govind ji carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakhs had surrendered in September 2017 here in Daltonganj before the DIG of police Palamu Vipul Shukla.
He was given 10 lakhs of rupees under the provision of the new surrender policy of the State. Govind ji also got four decimals of land in the down town Pahari Mohalla in Daltonganj, where he lives with his wife Sarwari Khatoon and children.
However police sources said Govind ji was to get total of Rs 16, 10,000 out of which he was paid only 10 lakhs pending 6,10,000 since 2017year in which he surrendered.
