The Orientation Programme on Integrated Payment System was held in DAV Public School, Hazaribag for Principals, Representatives of the schools under the aegis of CBSE COE, Patna Region.Anup Kumar Singh, Principal Royal Orchid International school Barhi the trainer for this Orientation Programme presented the process very clear through power point presentation. He also emphasised the difficulties or confusion during the Query Session. Ahsanul Haque, Principal of Oasis School was also present in the Programme.
Ashok Kumar Principal DAV Public School Hazaribag cum Venue Director for the programme welcomed all Principals and other representatives of the schools and appealed to them to be aware of the latest initiatives of CBSE and COE Patna. Speaking about the programme, he said that the phase 1 of this Orientation Programme has already been conducted. This is the second phase in which it is mandatory for all cbse affiliated schools of Hazaribag district to participate here at this venue.
Integrated Payment System (IPS) has been developed by CBSE for making all payments/honorarium & TA/DA to all the stakeholders through digital mode. Therefore, an offline(face to face) district level Orientation programme is being organised by CBSE CoE Patna for successful implementation of Integrated Payment System (IPS). On this occasion, Father Rosner, Secretary Hazaribag Sahodaya, Ahsanool Haque & Reena Pandey joint Secretary Hazaribag Sahodaya, P. Mandal Principal KVS BSF Meru and others were present. Ashwini Kumar STNC of the school and Bharat Kumar IT Head of the school took the leading role in organizing this programme.
It was indeed a very interactive session in which all the participants felt very comfortable and enriched with the topic.
