BJP National General Secretary Saudan Singh has urged the youth in the party to continue taking the works and philosophy of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay to each and every household in the State. Meeting with Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) office bearers on Thursday, Singh said that youth were the only carriers of change in country and party couldn’t have achieved whatever it did so far nationally without the help and rigorous efforts of its dedicated youth workers.

“Youth have played pivotal role in whatever major changes the country has undergone so far, be it freedom fight or at the time of emergency. Even Mahatma Gandhi started freedom movement as a youth. When BJP is celebrating birth centenary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, the youth of party should go door to door in their area, educate people about Pandit Ji, distribute literature related to him and above all, listen to the people to know their views about party and development works done by the government,” said Singh.BJYM State President Amit Kumar presented the works done by Morcha workers during last three months. Election of block level presidents and executive committee by June 30 was also decided in the meeting where BJP State president laxman Gilua, State General Secretary (Organisation) Dharmpal Singh, BJYM State General Secretary Raj Srivastava and others were also present apart from Chief Minister Raghubar Das who was present there for a short while.

Meanwhile, BJP State general Secretary cum Office In-Charge Deepak Prakash said that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Karya Vistar Yojna (PDDUKVY) was conducted throughout the State by its youth workers with utmost zeal. In a separate meeting organised on the Yojna where Soudan Singh, laxman Gilua, MlA Anant Ojha and district presidents were also present, Prakash said DDUKVY works had remained satisfactory, as the youth carried not only the works and philosophy of Deendayal, but also development works of State and Centre to each and every household.
