In the inaugural ceremony both commissioner and DC first unveiled the sign board of this facility center and then took a petition for mutation. Online entry was made in register two and immediately SMSs were sent to both the buyer and seller of that land having all details of the land for which application was given for mutation.
Addressing the gathering DC Mukesh Kumar said that objections can be made online in this system. He hoped that this facility will help in checking the cases of fraud in sell and purchase of lands. It will also help in making the process transparent and the government will get more revenue, he added.
Both Meena and Kumar directed the officials and staffs connected with this ambitious project to keep close eye on the problems in implementing this system so that solutions can be obtained from all around the state and if needed from outside.  They also reminded them that the government has fixed 30 days time frame for disposal of mutation applications.
