Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday inaugurated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and PAR system online. Congratulating the Personnel department he said that the government wants all work to be done online and online leave management module and performance appraisal (PAR) system is a praiseworthy step in this direction. The CM said that it will speed up the work of govt. employees and ensure the development of work in his/her absence. He said that it that it will bring transparency in the work of JAS officers.
Personnel Principal Secretary Nidhi Khare said that online leave management module will be implemented in secretariats and allied offices from January 01, 2017. From December 30, 2016, nodal officers of HRMS of all department, districts and subdivisions will be given training. All departments should implement it from January 01 and it will work round the clock. Any information in this regard will be available online and SMS will be given at every level.
Khare said that PAR system will ease the performance appraisal submission. It will work round the clock. Timeframe recording will be ensured and there will be no chance of record missing. Other depts. have been asked to implement it on other levels also.
Urban Development Minister CP Singh, CS Rajbala Verma, Addl. CS Sudhir Tripathi, Secretary to CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal along with other Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present on this occasion.
