An online complaint /grievance system was inaugurated at the Central Coalfields limited, Darbhanga House (Ranchi), by former Chief Vigilance Officer, Vismita Tej, as suggested by Chairman-cum-Managing Director Gopal Singh recently.
On this occasion, Director (Personnel) RR Mishra was also present. Samadhan has been functioning for redressal of grievances of employees, ex-employees, consumers and public in general in a systematic and time-frame manner. Any employee or person having any kind of complaint, grievance or is seeking any kind of information, he/she can make a request in writing and hand it over to the staff of the ‘Samadhan.’
While inaugurating the online complaint/grievance system, Tej said that CCl is the first subsidiary company of Coal India limited to implement such system and praised system department of the company for timely completion of the project. The system is available at home page of CCl website (http:/www.ccl.gov.in) under “Online Complaint/Grievance System” heading. Now, any person can lodge their complaint online without coming to office from any place.
