International player Asha Kiran Barla and her coach Ashu Bhatia were honoured by ONGC here on Wednesday in Bokaro. She was honored by the company's asset manager Aditya Johri at ONGC's Bokaro Steel office.
On this occasion Johri said that it is a matter of great pleasure that Asha Kiran Barla has brought glory to India at the international level by getting training at Bhatia Athletics Academy in Bokaro Thermal. He assured all possible help to Bhatia Athletics Academy, so that the children can bring glory to the country by improving their performance.
Let it be known that Asha Kiran Barla has brought glory not only to Jharkhand but to the entire country by winning the silver medal in the Youth Commonwealth Games. ONGC Sports Officer Anup Minj and other officials were present on the spot.
