Under BSL CSR initiatives like every year, Bokaro private ITI (BPITI) organized Recruitment Drive-2022 at Bokaro (P) ITI, located at CISF Campus, run by Bokaro Steel Educational Trust under the aegis of Bokaro Steel Plant in which Caparo Engineering Pvt Ltd and VG Industrial Enterprises Pvt Ltd participated in the selection process for the campus selection drive. During the selection process, these companies selected 158 trainees of Bokaro (Pvt.) ITI and provided offer letters. In this campus selection drive representatives of these companies including General Manager (Liaison & Administration) cum Secretary (Bokaro Ispat Educational Trust) N. A. Saifi were present. It is noteworthy that last year due to the Corona epidemic, Campus Placement Drive-2021 was organized in online mode in which 90 percent trainees were selected. Bokaro (Pvt.) ITI is constantly striving to get 100% placement of its trainees, said BSL COC Mani Kant Dhan.
