Services like resolution to real estate disputes, solving consumer complaints are one of the many services that are offered. We started tapping such complains on Twitter and directed the aggrieved to our website. Till now, BYl has successfully resolved more than 50 complaints in three months with disputed amount of more than Rs 10l and complaints of real estate properties amounting more than Rs 4 CR are still pending and are being consulted at BYl.”
