NUSRl has been given the much awaited recognition by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The students of NUSRl are now eligible to enroll themselves as a lawyer in any court and start their practice.
It is worthwhile to mention that NUSRl was established by the act of Jharkhand legislative Assembly (Act 4, 2010) in the year 2010.NUSRl has been continuously trying to get the recognition from the Bar Council of Indiasince its inception. The Pioneer in its October 11 edition’s report ‘NUSRl to get BCI affiliation by Diwali’ had mentioned about the recognition by October 23.
