Students of APSU (All Palamu Students Union) burnt the effigy of the registrar of the Nilamber Pitamber University here on Tuesday. The students are agitating for their 11-point charter of demands.
The university has given point to point response to these 11 point of demands but the students are reluctant to accept them and are pressing the university to throw out workers on contract and daily wages from the university.
