Heavy amount of NP University has got spent on this Hisra Pokhraha plot of land as HRD department had directed the NPU to first clear this huge chunk of land of all shrubs and bushes which entailed a high expenditure. JCB machines were put to work here for days together.

Further under directive from the HRD the NPU went for its leveling, digging of pits, purchase of pillars, white washing of pillars, numbering of pillars, installation of pillars for boundary of this chunk of land and big expenses on the carry out of geo referencing which is mandated for any land where hangs the issue of land coming under forest department.
