Not only Chinese fast food but healthy dal-bhat would also be served to the people through lusty mobile vans across the State. The Government has taken strides in making available dal-bhat on ferries to be stationed near weekly rural haat-bazaars.
“After successfully conducting dal-bhat centres across the State we have decided to make it mobile now so that poor are more benefited out of it. In next 2-3 months we would be able to identify the vendors. One time cost of the mobile kitchen would be borne by the Government,” said Vinay Kumar Chaubey.
At present, around 375 stationary centres are operating in the State where anyone can get the staple food at Rs5. Now onwards, all the centres would be opened as Aadharsh Dal-bhat Centres with improved and healthy ambience.
