The opposition has been on the offensive since the decision to remove the RIMS director from the post. On this, Ansari said that these departments will no longer remain resting places in the name of work.
The Minister said, "Systems do not change just like that. Some tough decisions have to be taken, and I am ready to take those decisions. BJP looted the health department for 18 years as if it was a mine, but now mining has stopped. Now is the time for the treatment system and the mafia. Every unit, every wing in the health department is a commitment towards the public. No laziness, laxity or brokerage will work here now. To those officers who interfere in work or try to pull someone by holding their finger from outside, I would just say, mend your ways, otherwise the curtain will be lifted and your character will be revealed."
Ansari said that there are some leaders who smell corruption everywhere, as if stale ghee has been put in the car instead of petrol. "Hey brother, please pay some attention to the work of the public. It is clear that when an elephant passes through the market, it is common for dogs to bark. But the elephant does not stop. Hemant government is an elephant and we are the hope of the people of Jharkhand and remember, "Hemant hai toh himmat hai," he added.

"Have some patience; it will take time to improve the medical system. We do not have any magic wand. And if you do not have patience, then consider retiring from politics now because leaders should become guides, not debris. Now no one will be allowed to loot, nor will there be permission for infiltration. And to anyone who wants to hide by making corruption a shield, I have only this to say," said Ansari,
