Speaking in a programme conducted in the memory of Ram Chandra Prasad, lohardaga SP Sunil Bhaskar said that there is no short-cut to get success in the life. It can be gained only by hard labour.
Now-a-days there is a need to develop patience and firm determination among the students, he said and also added that there is no dearth of talents in the district. "Only we have to help them to bring out their talents. For this we have to work for the sake of society and hence nation," said the SP.
In the programme the toppers of session 2012-13 from different schools affiliated to CBSE and JAC boards were felicitated with excellence certificates and prizes by the guests of the event. Before this a cartoon exhibition on the topic of 'child labour a social crime' was organised.
The winners of the cartoon competition were also distributed prizes. In the programme a play on the same subject was performed by a team of Divine Spark Fine Art Club.
