Investigation is going on in the abduction cum murder case of businessman Nirmal Mahto of village Hupaad of sadar block. The dead body of Mahto was found on Saturday in Chihutia forest area.
According to police sources investigation is going on in this case. In the meantime the owner of under construction chemical factory Amar Kushwaha has said that he is neither an NRI nor late Mahto was his partner.
Kushwaha said that late Mahto was his maternal uncle and he was previously in Maharastra-Gujrat. The land on which the construction work of factory is going on is not disputed.
