On the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week the members of inner wheel club Hazaribagh organised a programme in Sadar hospital Hazaribagh in which they spread the message that there is no alternative to mother’s milk for a newborn.
The members led by president Rita Bagga visited the maternity ward of the hospital and talked with the mother’s of newborns. They said that for first six month feed your baby with your breast milk and then think upon giving other meal because it not only makes your baby healthy and disease resistant but also helps in their better growth.
Doctor PK Sinha and Doctor AK Dangi visited the ward with the club members and helped them in spreading the message. After this program the club members tied friendship bands on each other hand and repeated the pledge to be friends forever because it is the most pious relationship of the world. In these programs members Seema Sinha, Bharti Sahay, Ritu Singh, Sobha Sahay, Surender Kaur, Ranjna Sahay and others took part.
