No allegation of corruption against Govt: CM

Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Thursday said the alliance of thieves and corrupt people has been made to plunder Jharkhand. Addressing an election rally at Rajdhanwar in Giridih district the CM said that the State, which was known for corruption, has no allegation of corruption on the incumbent government. This is because of the stable government made by the people, he said.

Hitting hard of JMM and JVM party leaders Babulal Marandi, Hemant Soren and Guruji, Das said that they are oppressors of the tribal people. “Those who talk about protecting ‘Jal, Jungle and Jamin’ (Water, Jungle and land), have violated CNT/SPT Acts and have bought land worth Rs 500 crore. Congress does dynastic politics and JMM does family politics. No one contesting elections from Koderma is able to fight the polls from tribal areas. By contesting from a general seat they are infringing on the rights of others. That person’s party is of two people and you have to ensure his defeat,” said he.

Talking about extremism in the State, the CM said that before 2014 no government had courage to stop Maoists, but the incumbent government did wonders and extremism is taking its last breath in the State.

Das said, on the occasion, that the domicile policy needed to be declared after formation of State, but it never happened.

“Keeping in mind the youth of the State the incumbent government defined the local policy. Now, recruitment of local youths will be done in class III and class IV jobs in the State. There is no partisan approach by the government in providing benefits of social welfare schemes in the State.  People of every class are being benefitted with the schemes. Works are being done to keep intact women’s dignity, self esteem of young girls and emancipation of youths,” he added.

The CM said that the United Nations has decared Masood Azhar as Global Terrorist.

‘The work, which Congress could not do, was done by Modi ji. China, which was continuously backing Azhar, had to step back. The whole world heard the voices of 130 crore people of India,” he said.

Meanwhile, addressing people in Ganwan, the CM asked people not to waste their votes by giving it to JVM (P). “They don’t have a leader. They don’t have a mass base. One needs to be cautious about them. They are also a part of ‘Mahagathbandhan’. This is an election for the future of the country. Your one vote will change the course of nation,” he said.

Das told the people that the Congressmen are trying to stop Narendra Modi to encourage corruption.

“All corrupt people want the same because if Modi comes back they will be either in Hotwar or Tihar jail. One of the members of ‘Mahagathbandhan’ is already in Hotwar jail,” he added.
