Against the effective implementation and better achievement of various health programs conducted by the National Health Mission, Jharkhand, a competitive environment can be created by felicitating excellent personnel and crews, as a result of which the achievement of various health works being implemented can be improved.
In this sequence, those who have excelled in various programs implemented by the Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand under the National Health Mission, Jharkhand. The achievement of various health programs being implemented can be improved by encouraging the personnel and crew. In this order, it has been decided to encourage the personnel and crews who have performed excellently in various programs implemented by the Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand under the National Health Mission, Jharkhand, to start the "Jharkhand Swasthya Karmi Protsahan Samman Yojana".
Under various health programs conducted by the National Health Mission, Jharkhand, few processes will be adopted in order to honour the excellent personnel and crews who have achieved better achievements in different blocks, districts and at the state level by selecting them on a transparent process and on an objective basis.
In order to achieve better financial and physical achievements under various health programs conducted under the National Health Mission, Jharkhand, under the leadership of Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand, the officer in charge of the program, from time to time, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and According to the instructions given by the Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand, the objectives of the said health program could be achieved.
Keeping in view the efforts to be made to achieve the objectives, the standards of excellence of financial and physical achievement will be set, which will be presented program-wise in a separate file by the Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand by 30 November 2022. Departmental permission will be obtained.
At the state level, district level and block level, the first, second, third and consolation prizes will be admissible, in which the minimum 60 per cent marks ( It will be mandatory to obtain 20 per cent marks (for district level award) and 30 per cent JF (for state level award) for block level award. Similarly, for awarding the crew of a health program for better achievement, team excellence as determined by the department. No for district level award against standard
Similarly, in order to reward the crew of a health program for better achievement, it will be mandatory to obtain minimum 70 percent marks for district level award and minimum 80 percent marks for state level award, against the team excellence standard as set by the department.
Every year during the month of April-May, the selected excellent personnel and excellent crews will be felicitated while organizing the state level health award ceremony. 6.6 Under any health programme, individual awards of the category (Appendix-1) will be given at the state, district and block level.
