Dr MM Sen Gupta took over the charge of civil surgeon from Dr Beck. Dr Beck was transferred to the State head office.
Notably Dr Sen Gupta had served earlier in the district and his work at the time was appreciable. The Jharkhand state chemists and drug association and doctors of the district
congratulated him.
