Continuing the initiative of providing vocational training to the underprivileged and marginalised section of women and young girls, DPS Bokaro inaugurated 17 batch of Koshish.
Dr Hemlata S Mohan, Director and Principal, DPS Bokaro inaugurated the training porgramme and highlighted about Koshish which was started in 2006 with the motto to associate and train the underprivileged women and young girls so that they can become independent and self-sufficient.
Addressing to the inaugural session Mohan said, Women should be economically empowered to contribute equally towards progress of society so for this programme women and young girls from nearby areas who are underprivileged are selected.
