n BSL With the aim of making the employees retiring from Bokaro Steel Plant in January 2024 aware of the formalities related to retirement and proper management of the possible changes in life after retirement, A new journey programme was organised in the auditorium of the Human Resource Development Center.
In the beginning of the program, Senior Manager (Personnel-Final Settlement) Ankita Dev welcomed all the visitors and apprised everyone about the purpose of the programme. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Hembram, Medical Officer (Medical and Health Services) and Yoga expert Dr. Vinay explained about health management to the steel workers.
Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts) Selja gave detailed information about financial management to the present group. Manish Kumar, Chief Manager, ICICI Bank, gave detailed information about financial management to the present group. Finally Sangeeta Kumari (Personnel-Final Settlement) explained about the final settlement procedures.
