Chief Minister Hemant Soren today said that it is a special priority of the government that maximum capital investment should be done in Jharkhand. For this a better and better Jharkhand Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy - 2021 has been made. Industrial houses should come forward to set up industries in this State, the government will extend full cooperation to them, said the CM while laying the foundation stone of the second unit of Dalmia Bharat Cement Plant today at Balidih Industrial Area of Bokaro district.

“Nothing is impossible if you have a positive attitude and a strong will power. With this thinking in mind, the government has prepared an action plan to improve the industrial environment. A new industry policy has been made and State’s policies and objectives are being put in front of the business world. Industrialists have appreciated our policy and are expressing their desire to set up industries here. In this sequence, Dalmia Group stepped forward for the cement factory and signed an MoU with the Industries Department,” he said.

We assure that we will fully cooperate in making Dalmia Cement Factory established in the State one of the leading cement producing factories of the country,” said the CM.

Soren said that if the government gives land to industrial houses, then they should use it for setting up industries. “Don't let it be empty or encroaching. Because, with great expectations, the ryyats, poor farmers and needy have given their land, so that they can get an opportunity to be empowered with employment,” he said.
