With its candidate Neeru Shanti Bhagat filing nomination for the lohardaga bypoll, NDA organised a Sankalp Sabha on Tuesday. BJP State president Ravindra Rai, MoS Rural Development Sudarshan Bhagat, AJSU supremo Sudesh Mahto, Minister Chandra Prakash Choudhary, MlA Shiv Shankar Oraon, Gangotri Kujur, Ramchandra Shahis, Vikas Singh Munda, Om Singh, Rakesh Prasad and lochpa State head Vavan Gupta were present on the occasion.
Addressing a huge gathering Sudesh Kumar Mahto said, “After passage of 10 months, we have again assembled here due to an unwanted political event. Neeru Shanti Bhagat, the better half of KK Bhagat, has got an opportunity to fulfill the desires of KK Bhagat and pay his debt as NDA candidate. Neeru Shanti Bhagat would serve as a shadow of KK Bhagat. It is priority of our party to develop the last person of the society. We have to fulfill Bhagat’s desires. For this every member of the party is ready. We would win again.”
BJP State president Ravindra Rai said, “We are in coalition with AJSU, so its candidate is the representative of the NDA. We would win again with the help of our members. Our aim is to get the help of each and every person. There is a stable govt in Jharkhand. So the progress work would not stop.”
“There would not be adverse affect in State Govt due to single seat. But it would surely affect the development of the region. Now, Neeru Shanti Bhagat would serve for the development of the region. Whether there would be coalition between JMM and Congress, it would be decided in future. NDA candidate will win with majority of votes. JVM candidate Babulal made advertisement in favour of coalition and here provided separate candidate for party. There is difference in his speech and deeds,” he said.
“One candidate has filed his nomination from BJP party. If he would not be with BJP, the BJP would not support him too. Sonia had not seen poverty that was seen by Modi. For last fifty years Congress had pulled the nation behind,” he added.
Union Minister Sudarshan Bhagat said, “For development of the nation the people of this region must support the NDA candidate Neeru Shanti Bhagat. She has served as nurse. Now, she would serve as public leader. The occasion was also addressed by municipal chairperson Pawan Ekka, BJP district head Rakesh Prasad, lochpa state head Vavan Gupta, Najmul Hasmi, Suraj Agarwal, Anju Devi and others. On the occasion the state level officials of AJSU, BJP and lochpa were present. Thousands of people vowed to make the NDA candidate Neeru Shanti Bhagat wins.”
After the meeting thousands of people went to district Sub divisional office for nomination with bands from lutheran ground by making its way via Maina Bagicha. In the road show AJSU Supremo Sudesh Mahto, BJP state head Ravindra Rai, candidate Neeru Shanti Bhagat, Om Prakash Singh, Rakesh Prasad many ministers, MlAs were present. They wished the people with both hands adjoining and a lot of zeal was seen among the people too.
