The NCC cadets of DAV Public School, Hazaribag observed the Anti-Drug Abuse Day in supervision of their ANO Krishna Kumar Singh. The oath taking and seminar on the Anti Drug Abuse helped not only NCC cadets but also the school students in general to know the deadly effect of the Drug Abuse.
Kritika Rashmi, the school student made a painting showing how the youngsters fall prey to this Abuse. The NCC cadet, Sweta interpreted the pictures drawn on the chart. Krishna Kumar Singh conducted the Seminar with his lecture on Drug Abuse. Aman Kumar, the Sr. NCC Cadet administered the oath to the cadets and other students.
The enlightened cadets will further educate the people living in neglected areas about the harms of consuming narcotics and intoxicants hoping it Principal Ashok Kumar appreciated the initiative and briefed how the drug abuse is making the country hollow. He said, “A Drug Abuser is self centered and is least bothered about the commitment to the family, society and the nation. He/She loses his/her will power concentration, memory, money and judgment capacity.
During the seminar the school teachers Sampa Shrivastav, Ashwini Pathak, Baldeo Pandey, Ratandeep Sharma were present to share their views on the topic. The three hour seminar ended with the overwhelming speech of Sakshi Jain.
