The National lok Adalat is scheduled for December 6. This was stated by Principal District and Sessions Judge, civil courts Palamu, Kishore Kumar Srivastava. Srivastava held a Press briefing here on Saturday giving this information and said that all efforts would be made for second National lok Adalat to be a grand success.
Srivastava asked the secretary Uttam Anand to do the needful. However, sources said two things are a hindrance to this National lok Adalat.
First the long holidays in October month and secondly, the probability of Vidhan Sabha elections in December in Jharkhand. Both will have their effects on the yield of this national legal festival.
The National lok Adalat was due to be held this June but due to the lok Sabha elections, it was postponed.
