It was the strong wave in favour of Narendra Modi which defeated me in the election.
It was accepted by Independent candidate from Hazaribagh Sadar constituency Pradeep Prasad who gave the fight to the winning BJP candidate Manish Jaiswal. Pradeep said that PM’s public meeting of 6th December and game of money power are the main causes of my defeat. Talking to newsmen at his residence AJSU rebel Pradeep Prasad clearly said that he will never go back in AJSU, when asked about his future political program. Very soon I will sit with my well-wishers, friends and workers and as per their advice the future program will be fixed, he added. Though I have lost the election but I think I have won, says Pradeep. I was new in the election politics and am thankful to 62546 voters who have shown faith on me. I also congratulate all those voters for using their right in this election, he added.
Wishing the winning candidate Manish Jaiswal good luck, Pradeep said that the people of Jharkhand has given majority to BJP and now like every other Jharkhandi I am too hopeful of total development of the state as per their promise. It is a good opportunity especially for Hazaribagh because now MP, MlA, District Board President and Chairman Municipal Council all are of same party and the MP is Central Minister.
When asked about the problems of Hazaribagh he noticed during campaign, Pradeep said that even after 6 decades of independence this district and the denizens are still in search of basic facilities like road, drinking water, electricity, proper health service etc. I will continue working for the poor people of the district as was doing earlier. My doors will always remain open for the poor and needy people. I will continue organizing blood donation camps to collect blood for the poor and needy peoples, provide anti-venom and anti-rabies medicines to the needy people and even medicines to the poor people of the area.
