After successful launching of NaMo Tea stalls in Patna, a tea stall named after BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi also hit Ranchi streets on Tuesday. Expressing solidarity with NaMo, a tea vendor Vinay Sharma named his tea stall as ‘NaMo tea stall’. According to Sharma his tea stall signifies that a person selling tea honestly also can rise up to such a level that he could be announced as PM candidate.
“Inspired after reading the news in Newspapers that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has been announced as PM candidate by the BJP and he during his initial days used to sell tea in trains, I got an idea that why not name my stall as NaMo tea stallIJ” said tea seller Vinay Sharma. It also signifies that a person selling tea in trains could rise to such a level to be named as Prime Ministerial candidate of a party, he added. NaMo Tea stalls with a banner saying ‘Nai soch- Nayi ummid’ was inaugurated by former Assembly Speaker CP Singh.
like Atalji, Modi also have fair chances of becoming the Prime Minister of India, Verma said. “He has a good chance of becoming the Prime Minister as corruption is at an all-time high and prices of essential commodities have gone up in UPA’s regime,” said Verma. Speaker CP Singh who was also present there to inaugurate the stall taking sips from the cup of tea looked forward that unlike others, quality will be maintained by Sharma in future also.
“This stall expresses sentiments of this person for Modi ji…..a tea vendor rose to such a height that he was nominated PM candidate of BJP. This is possible in BJP only,” said Singh. In other parties, if someone goes to jail….. hands over the chair to his son or wife…this is not acceptable in BJP, added Singh. Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee Spokesperson Sailesh Sinha on the other hand, says renaming tea stall will have no impact on the voters rather they will take this as mockery by the BJP. “This is not the right way of publicity….naming tea stalls after NaMo will only bring disgrace to the democracy,” said Sinha.
“The nation believes that only Modi is fit for the post of Prime Minister, who can lead the country towards development and removing rampant corruption from the society,” Singh said. Modi has already has taken steps towards that direction, added Singh. The state BJP in Bihar has a plan to rename around 400 tea stalls in Patna as “NaMo tea stalls” ahead of the BJP’s ‘Hunkar Rally’ on October 27 at Gandhi Maidan.
