BJP national president JP Nadda on way to Chhattisgarh had a brief stay at  Birsa Munda International Airport Ranchi where he met State BJP senior leaders. During his brief halt at Airport, Nadda had discussion regarding election preparations in the state.

Due to bad weather in Jashpur (Chhattisgarh) , there was a problem of helicopter take off and there were preparations to send JP Nadda through a road route, but later due to improvement in weather it was decided that Nadda will travel through helicopter.

At Airport BJP President was welcomed by State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, National Vice President and former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das, Outgoing State President and MP Deepak Prakash, State Vice President MP Sunil Singh, State General Secretary and MP Aditya Sahu, Dr. Pradeep Verma, Balmukund Sahay, MP Sanjay Many leaders including Seth, Sudarshan Bhagat, State Minister Subodh Singh Guddu, Kajal Pradhan, Yuva Morcha State President Kislay Tiwari among others.

Raghuvar Das said that before going to Jashpur to address the public meeting, the national president met the leaders of Jharkhand. The National President took stock of the preparations in the state for the upcoming elections. Preparations are being made to ensure victory in all the 14 Lok Sabha seats of Jharkhand. Raghuvar Das said, the public is angry with the ruling coalition government. The people of Jharkhand will answer this in the Lok Sabha elections. An alliance was formed in 2019 also. Even then BJP had won 12 seats.

This time the party's victory on all seats is certain. While talking to journalists after the meeting, Raghuvar Das targeted Hemant Soren and said, no person is above the law. If the investigating agency had called, the person responsible should go for questioning. Why are you running? The wooden pot does not boil again and again. State President Babulal Marandi said, the party is busy preparing for the Lok Sabha elections. The alliance has expressed its mentality by boycotting some journalists.

Meanwhile, in another development BJP took a dig at Congress and other Opposition parties for not condemning the remark made by DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin on Sanatan Dharma.

BJP MP Sanjay Seth said that Sanatan is being continuously attacked by the leaders of India Alliance. Sanatani sentiments are being attacked, which is extremely unfortunate. These leaders are talking about destroying Sanatan. They should think that Sanatan was not destroyed by the sword of Mughals. That which was not erased by the atrocities of the British, will not be erased just by their words. This episode is a living example of the extent to which these people can stoop to the limits of their hunger for vote banks.
