Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda condemning the attack on the BJP candidate of Ichagarh Sadhu Charan Mahto and his supporters has demanded a high level inquiry into the matter. Munda stated that such incidents have no place in democracy.
Munda also demanded that the Elections Commission should take cognizance into the matter as the incident has taken place in the premises of a Police Station.
It seems that the step has been taken out of frustration by the opposition parties, stated Munda.
