A multi-storey building will be constructed for Hazaribag Municipal Corporation on Ranchi- Patna road of the campus of the mining department. The cost of the project has been estimated at ` 45 crores. The construction will start after the rainy season. The area of the office will be 0.89 decimal.
Town commissioner of the corporation Madhvi Misha said that a few years ago an estimate was prepared by the corporation. Due to increase in the material cost the schedule of rate has been revised by the corporation. The committee has passed the revised rates. For the purpose of DPR the proposal has been sent to the technical cell.
The corporation will get the acceptance of the technical cell in the first week of July. After receiving the final DPR, the DPR gets the administrative sanction. The new corporation building will be a seven floors building.
Each and every service will be available in a building.
She further said that the tender of the work will be published in the next month. After the finalization of the tender the work will start. Mishra said that the new building of the corporation will be as attractive as Ranchi and Deoghar building.
