Senior IAS officer Mridula Sinha has faced two transfers in less than 24 hours.
The State Government had on Thursday shifted Sinha, the Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development and Social Security department, to Jharkhand State Combined Entrance Examination Council as Examination Controller.
However, Sinha, a 1986-batch IAS officer, was sent to the labour and Employment department on Friday.
While labour and Employment department Secretary Rahul Sharma has been transferred and posted as Director of SIRD, Rajiv Arun Ekka, who was earlier given the charge of Women and Child Development and Social Security department, has been made the Examination Controller of the Jharkhand State Combined Entrance Examination Council. Food and Civil Supplies department Secretary Vinay Kumar Chaubey has been given additional charge of the Secretary of Women and Child Development and Social Security department.
The rejig that took place today also affected several junior and senior IAS officers.
MGNREG Commissioner Vijay Kumar Singh has been made the new Deputy Commissioner of Simdega, while Simdega DC Diprabha lakra, an IAS officer of Punjab cadre, has been relieved from Jharkhand after completion of his deputation in the state. Special Secretary of Rural development Department Paritosh Upadhyay has been given additional charge of MGNEGA Commissioner.
Meanwhile, seven new IAS officers of 2013 batch have been posted at different locations as Sub Divisional Officers (SDO). Aditya Kumar Anand has been made SDO Ranchi, Akansha Ranjan has been posted as SDO Bundu, Kiran Kumari Pasi is now SDO Simdega, Suraj Kumar is SDO Mahudanr (latehar), Shashi Ranjan is now SDO Pakur, Mrityunjay Kumar Barnwal is SDO of Sahebganj and Jishan Kamar is the new SDO of Dumka.
