With 485 active corona cases in Dhanbad district administration has made arrangement of 910 beds in different parts of district to ensure all positive got admitted to covid care centres for treatment.Deputy commissioner US Singh in a statement said, “Besides these 82 ICU beds are available critical patients here”. Singh, who was on an inspection drive of both government and private hospitals said, the administration and health authorities are fully prepared to meet the challenges posed by the sudden spike in positive cases here.
He, however, expressed satisfaction that amidst rising positive cases persons who recovered from corona à lso have also increased in the district.
On Monday 182 patients who recovered here were discharged and were asked to remain home quarantined for a fortnight.Those were also provided health kits .
